Information we process

AudienceRelay processes account details, authentication records, workspace settings, configured forms, API activity, and information submitted through customer forms. Google sign-in provides a verified email address, name, and provider identifier.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate users, operate forms and APIs, secure accounts, provide support, enforce service limits, and maintain the service. We do not sell personal information.

Customer responsibilities

Businesses using AudienceRelay decide which information their forms collect. They are responsible for providing appropriate notices, obtaining required consent, and responding to requests from their own contacts.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, authentication, and infrastructure. Information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your AudienceRelay account information by contacting access@audiencerelay.com. Requests concerning a business's form submission should be directed to that business.
